Advocacy WA Roadshow Busselton

Advocacy WA Roadshow 2026

The Advocacy WA Roadshow is returning in 2026, travelling across the South West to bring practical, welcoming, and community focused workshops to you. Each Roadshow is designed so you can take part in the whole day or simply join the sessions that matter most to you. Whether you want to build your confidence, learn more about your rights, understand the NDIS, or connect with others in your community, you are welcome.

Food is provided, and every part of the day is created to be accessible, inclusive, and grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience.

What you can expect on the day

Warm welcome
Start the day with friendly faces, light connection activities, and an Acknowledgement of Country to honour the land and its people.

Self Advocacy in Action
Build your confidence and communication skills in a supportive space. Learn how to speak up, make decisions, and express your needs in a way that feels right for you.

D Connect Local meet up
Join a relaxed community conversation about inclusion in your area. Share ideas and help guide future local projects that support people with disability to feel connected and empowered.

Peer Mentor and Volunteer information session
Find out how you can get involved with Advocacy WA as a Peer Mentor or volunteer and support others to grow their confidence and leadership.

Community reflection circle
Finish the day with a gentle group reflection, celebrating what we have learned together and the connections formed throughout the day.

The Roadshow is open to all community members, including people with disability, families, carers, providers, and supporters. Whether you stay for the entire day or attend one session, you are contributing to a South West where every person feels welcome, valued, and heard.
